How do our services work?

1 – BOOKING

• First, please complete the booking form by providing the requested information.
• Upon receipt of your request, we will send you a service proposal detailing the services offered and the price. Please note that this is a proposal, not a booking confirmation.
• If the proposal meets your requirements, please confirm your acceptance via email at least two days before your scheduled transfer date.
• Once we receive your confirmation, we will send you a formal booking confirmation, which will include your driver’s mobile phone number and a summary of your booking. We recommend reaching out to your driver via WhatsApp prior to your arrival; it is simple and free of charge.

2 – TRANSFERS

• When you arrive, your driver will wait for you at the exit of the airport or train station with a sign with your name and will take you to your destination.
• When you leave, your driver will pick you up at the agreed address and transport you to the airport or train station of your departure.

3 – VEHICLES

• Depending on the number of passengers, we provide you with a private car (1 to 4 people) or a minibus with a maximum capacity of 8 passengers with luggage space in the rear.

4 – BAGGAGE

• Standard-sized luggage (suitcases, bags, strollers, etc.) are included at no extra charge. For any other type of luggage, please inform us when booking.

5 – ACCESSORIES

• A booster seat is provided free of charge in each vehicle. Additional accessories (booster seats, babies seats or others accessories) are available as an option.
