The carrier reserves the right to modify its terms and conditions of transport at any time. Use of the Transerial.com transport service requires a pre-booking. As the carrier is subject to Article 5 of the Decree of February 11, 1986, which regulates the public land transport of passengers, it must be able to present a valid booking—serving as a service order—during any inspection. This document must clearly state the names of the customers, the number of passengers, the agreed price, and the destination. All customers using the carrier’s services must carry a copy of their booking confirmation. Failure to do so grants the carrier the right to cancel the scheduled trip. Cancellation insurance is not included in the rates shown on the website. A booking shall not be considered valid if the request does not comply with the booking requirements imposed by the carrier. The customer guarantees the accuracy and validity of all information provided at the time of booking. A booking request shall only be considered accepted by the carrier once the customer has received a confirmation email from the carrier. Prices shown on this website are in euros and are inclusive of all taxes, unless otherwise stated. Modifications, cancellations, and refunds for pre-paid bookings:
Any request for a modification, refund, or cancellation must be submitted to the transport company via email or postal mail. Such requests will be reviewed, and a decision will be issued within 15 days of receipt. Bookings may be cancelled (or modified) by sending a request to Transerial Orei via email at: contact@transerial.com. Cancellations made by the client more than 12 hours before the scheduled transfer will incur no charges and are eligible for a full (100%) refund; conversely, cancellations made less than 12 hours before the transfer are not eligible for any refund.
Children:
Transporting a child under the age of 10 in a vehicle requires the use of an approved restraint system (car seat or booster seat) appropriate for the child’s height and weight, which must be installed in the rear of the vehicle.
Unless explicitly requested and agreed upon in advance by the transport company, no baby or child seats are provided.
A booster seat is available for use in our vehicles at no extra cost. Any additional booster seat or baby seat will be charged at €5 per item.

Clients using the transport provider’s services to travel to the airport must accept the departure time proposed by the transport provider……always at least 3 hours before the flight departure time. During such periods, the carrier reserves the right to modify the terms and conditions of transport originally established at the time of booking.
Safety:
Clients are required to comply with national road traffic laws and regulations. For instance, they must wear their seatbelts at all times while inside the carrier’s vehicle. The carrier (or the driver) reserves the right to deny boarding to any client who refuses to comply with applicable legislation. In such cases, no refund may be claimed from the carrier.

No additional charge will be applied for luggage that can be accommodated by the booked vehicle under normal conditions (in terms of quantity, weight, and dimensions).
Animals:
The carrier reserves the right to classify any animal as additional luggage. If the available space does not allow for the animal to be transported under appropriate conditions, the carrier reserves the right to refuse transport or to charge an additional fee.
